The agenda for the above mentioned meeting is now available here (.pdf).
A few notes:
- This is the first meeting on the Capital Facilities Plan (CFP) in the 2011 year. The planning commission typically only writes a letter with advice on the Comprehensive Plan’s implications on the CFP. The CFP is required under the Growth Management Act to be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. This year’s chair of the CFP subcommittee is Richard Wolf who will conduct several meetings over the next couple of months on the CFP.
- Notice that the Commission is considering a re-vote of Shoreline Designation Budd-5C which is the shoreline near where Eastbay Drive and State Avenue meet.
- Finally, there will be a briefing on the Annual Comprehensive plan amendments which should not be confused with the update process that the subcommittee chaired by Jeanne Marie Thomas.
I’ll have more after I review the staff reports.
